1st Shift General Laborer – Twinsburg, OH
$18/hr | Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Hiring ASAP

Looking to start or grow your manufacturing career with a stable company in Twinsburg? We are hiring a 1st Shift General Laborer to join a fast-paced production team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values safety, and wants room for long-term growth.
Schedule
1st Shift: Monday–Friday
Hours: 5:45 AM – 1:45 PM
Overtime may extend shift to 4:45 PM
Pay
Starting at $18/hour
Responsibilities
  • Support daily production and warehouse operations
  • Follow safety procedures and complete safety checks
  • Read work orders and packaging instructions
  • Stack, pack, inspect, and organize finished materials
  • Prepare carts, racks, and staging materials
  • Scan inventory and maintain accurate tracking
  • Assist machine operators and production team members
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Perform general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
  • Ability to read work instructions and use basic math skills
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
