Manufacturing Associate / General Laborer – 1st & 3rd Shift Available

Location: Twinsburg, OH
Pay: $18.00–$18.25 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 1st Shift or 3rd Shift
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Manufacturing Associates / General Laborers for a stable manufacturing company in Twinsburg, OH. These are full-time, hands-on production roles with immediate openings, steady schedules, weekly pay, and long-term growth potential.

This is a great opportunity for reliable, safety-focused candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing or production environment.

Available Shifts

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:45 AM–1:45 PM
Overtime may extend shift to 4:45 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour

3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
Pay: $18.25 per hour

What You’ll Do

  • Support daily manufacturing, production, warehouse, and tube mill operations

  • Read and follow work orders, safety rules, operating instructions, and packaging instructions

  • Inspect, stack, pack, label, organize, and move finished materials

  • Prepare carts, racks, staging materials, wood, and packaging supplies

  • Use banding, packaging, scanning, and inventory tracking tools

  • Verify tags, stickers, labels, and product accuracy

  • Assist machine operators and production team members with setup, material handling, and workflow

  • Follow safety procedures, including safety checks, emergency stops, pinch points, and light curtains

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, stocked, and safe

  • Perform general labor and production duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Manufacturing, warehouse, production, machine operation, or general labor experience is a plus

  • Ability to read work instructions, safety rules, and work orders

  • Basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, and percentages

  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

  • Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally
