Manufacturing Associate - Machine Operator - General Laborer – $17-$19/hr – Immediate Openings – 1st & 3rd Shift

Location: Walton Hills, OH
Shifts/Pay:
  • 1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm, $17/hr
  • 3rd Shift: 10pm-6:30am, $19/hr

We are currently hiring reliable and motivated Machine Operators in Walton Hills, OH for a growing manufacturing company specializing in patio enclosures. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced production team with steady hours and immediate openings on 1st & 3rd shift. Candidates who are hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to work will thrive in this role.

Position: Manufacturing Associate / Production Associate / Production Operator

Responsibilities:
  • Perform assembly, production, and packaging tasks
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely
  • Read and follow work instructions and product specifications
  • Assist with glass line operations
  • Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Experience with hand tools or power tools preferred
  • Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay and Schedule:
  • $17-$19 per hour 
  • 1st & 3rd Shift available
