Urgently Hiring Press Helpers (Full Time, Charlotte NC)

Start a stable full time career as a Press Helper at a leading custom label printing company in Charlotte NC. You will support print production, learn machine operation skills, and work in a clean, on site manufacturing environment. Location: Charlotte NC (On Site)
Job Type: Full Time
Shifts:
• 1st shift (6:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Thursday, overtime on Fridays as needed)
• 2nd shift (4:00pm to 2:00am Monday through Thursday, overtime on Fridays as needed)

Responsibilities
• Assist press operators and support daily print production
• Load materials, prepare equipment, and monitor workflow
• Maintain accurate documentation and production records
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Work as part of a team to achieve production goals
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
• Six months or more manufacturing experience required
• Machine operator experience preferred
• Press operation or programming experience is a plus
• Ability to use production floor computer programs
• Intermediate math skills
• Exposure to Lean, 5S, or process improvement is helpful
• This is a non smoking and non vaping facility
Skills and Abilities
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Clear communication skills with co workers and leadership
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and job jackets
• Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds and perform standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Good visual acuity and color recognition
