Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Pay: $27 - $30 per hour
Hours: 2nd shift, 11:00 am – 7:15 pm (train on 1st shift from 7:00 am – 3:15 pm)
Start Date: ASAP

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and improving our production equipment, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output. Work closely with our maintenance team to troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and uphold safety standards in a dynamic environment.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

-Performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on production machinery, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
-Reading and interpreting schematics, drawings, and manuals to diagnose issues and execute repairs accurately.
-Welding and fabricating metal components using various techniques and equipment.
-Conducting plumbing tasks utilizing PVC, PEX tubing, copper, and stainless steel, including threading and pipe installation.-Maintaining control and machine wiring across voltages from 24V to 480V, as well as millivolt and milliamp signals.
-Operating and maintaining forklifts safely, with certification as a forklift operator.
-Adhering to all safety protocols and participating in provided safety training to ensure a secure work environment.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

-Prior experience in industrial maintenance, with skills in welding, fabrication, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
-Knowledge of reading electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics.
-Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively.
-Certification as a forklift operator (preferred)
-Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a collaborative attitude.
-Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
-Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform manual tasks as needed.

Location & Schedule:This position is on-site in Copley and offers consistent second shift hours from 11:00 am to 7:15 pm. Training will initially take place during the first shift from 7:00 am to 3:15 pm.
