Material Handler Packaging Associate Urgently Hiring
Marysville, Ohio | On site | Full Time | 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift

Pay and Shifts

  • 1st Shift $18 per hour, 6:30am to 3:00pm

  • 2nd Shift $19 per hour, 3:00pm to 11:30pm

  • 3rd Shift $19 per hour, 11:00pm to 7:30am

  • Full time, on site position in Marysville, Ohio
What You Will Do
You will support daily production and packaging operations by safely operating equipment and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operate packaging line equipment following standard operating procedures

  • Run scales, bag hangers, sealers, video jet coders, conveyors, turners, and flatteners

  • Operate bag palletizers, check weighers, and pallet wrapper machines

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues as they occur

  • Operate support equipment including dust collection systems and floor scrubbers

  • Operate a forklift, training provided, prior experience preferred

  • Perform system cleanups, rebagging, and reblending of product

  • Complete general housekeeping duties

  • Perform minor preventative maintenance

  • Accurately complete production logs and check sheets

  • Support receiving and shipping operations
Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, kneel, squat, reach overhead, and perform repetitive motions

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, Google Suite, and MSDS systems

  • Strong safety awareness

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

  • Ability or willingness to operate forklift and mobile equipment
