Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on CNC Mill Operator to join our advanced manufacturing team. This role provides a unique opportunity for direct international training in Italy, where you will work alongside our global partners to learn CNC robotic production processes and apply that expertise within our U.S. facility. This will be a full time 1st Shift position in Mentor, Ohio. 

Location - Mentor, Ohio 

Shift - 1st Shift 

Pay: Starting $25- 28/hr based on Experience
Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor CNC-driven robotic systems to support daily production

  • Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move materials and equipment

  • Assist with industrial robot operation, including basic programming tasks (no coding experience required)

  • Contribute to spot welding, wire bending, and related fabrication processes as needed
     
Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license; forklift certification preferred

  • Basic understanding of industrial or CNC robotics

  • Previous experience in spot welding or wire bending preferred

  • Ability to travel internationally and adapt to varying shift schedules

  • Growth-oriented mindset with a strong interest in long-term career development in advanced manufacturing
