CNC Production Operator (Full Time, 1st Shift), Mentor, Ohio. 

Start a high growth manufacturing career in advanced CNC robotics. As a CNC Production Operator on our full time 1st shift team in Mentor, Ohio, you will operate and maintain CNC machinery while developing valuable skills in robotic production and fabrication.

 

Location: Mentor, Ohio
Shift: 1st Shift (Full Time)
Pay: 22 to 27 dollars per hour based on experience

 

Position Overview:

You will operate CNC mills, support robotic production, and work with skilled manufacturing professionals. This role offers long term career growth in advanced manufacturing in Mentor, Ohio.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor CNC equipment and CNC driven robotic systems
  • Safely operate a forklift to move materials and production components
  • Assist with industrial robot operation, including basic programming support (no coding required)
  • Perform spot welding, wire bending, and related fabrication tasks as needed

 

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license, forklift certification preferred
  • Basic understanding of industrial robotics or CNC operations
  • Experience with spot welding or wire bending is a plus
  • Self disciplined, reliable, and safety conscious
  • Strong interest in long term growth within advanced manufacturing
