Alliance Industrial is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators and Forklift Drivers to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

We’re looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who are ready to take on a rewarding opportunity with excellent pay and consistent overtime potential.

Shift Available:
1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime: Fridays during scheduled work hours (mandatory during peak season, typically January–March)

 Pay Rate:

  • $20/hour

  • Overtime paid at time and a half

 Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move raw materials and finished fertilizer products.

  • Transport materials between production, storage, and shipping areas.

  • Perform routine equipment checks and report any mechanical issues.

  • Maintain accurate inventory by scanning or recording product movement.

  • Stack and organize pallets to maintain a clean, efficient warehouse layout. 

  • Operate front-end loaders, skid steers, or other heavy machinery to move bulk fertilizer materials.

  • Load raw materials into production hoppers, mixers, or trucks as directed.

  • Maintain safe and efficient operation of all heavy equipment.

  • Monitor material levels and communicate with production teams for replenishment needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of prior experience operating heavy equipment or forklifts

  • Ability to lift 55 lbs without restrictions

  • High school diploma or GED required
