Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Pay: starting $20 hour
Hours: 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday)
Start Date: ASAP

As a Mechanical Assembler, you’ll play a key role in assembling and ensuring the quality of our products, working closely with the manufacturing team to deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Do:
As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for:
  • Assembling and sub-assembling components efficiently and accurately.
  • Utilizing hand tools to perform assembly tasks as per specifications.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and diagrams to ensure compliance with design requirements.
  • Lifting up to 25 pounds as needed to carry out assembly tasks.
  • Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and solve assembly issues.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A minimum of 2 years of mechanical assembly experience.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment.
  • Strong ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Experience with electrical/AC motors is a plus.
  • A reliable work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver assembly components regularly.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Streetsboro, OH, and offers 1st shift hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
