Urgently Hiring Warehouse Associate | East Side of Cleveland, OH | Full Time | 1st and 2nd Shift

Looking for reliable hours, weekly pay, and a physically active job close to home? If you enjoy hands on work and staying busy throughout your shift, this Warehouse Associate position on the east side of Cleveland may be the right opportunity for you. Alliance Industrial Solutions is urgently hiring Warehouse Associates for multiple warehouse locations in Cleveland, Ohio.

This is a full time, on site Warehouse Associate role supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast paced environment. You will work with a team, stay active throughout the day, and gain valuable warehouse experience.
Warehouse Associate Pay and Schedule (Cleveland, OH)

  • Starting pay: $15 to $17 per hour, based on experience and shift preference

  • Full time, on site position

  • 1st Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (overtime before or after shift may be required)

  • 2nd Shift: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM (overtime before or after shift may be required)
Warehouse Associate Job Duties

  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

  • Pull and select orders accurately

  • Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks or hand trucks

  • Transport materials from the loading platform by carrying, pushing, or rolling

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all safety and warehouse procedures
Warehouse Associate Requirements

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required

  • Order pulling or order selecting experience is a plus

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more throughout the shift

  • Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for the entire shift

  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
