Exciting Opportunity for Mechanical Assemblers — Urgently hiring in Streetsboro!

Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Pay: $20/hr + $2/hr shift premium for 2nd shift (Total $22/hr)
Hours: 2pm to Midnight (Monday to Thursday) — Training shift: 6am to 2:30pm (Monday to Friday) for several weeks
Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do:
  • Assemble medical device equipment parts using hand tools and basic blueprint reading skills
  • Follow assembly instructions and quality standards to ensure precision and safety
  • Lift up to 50 pounds regularly, with the ability to handle 25-pound components comfortably
  • Assist with electrical and motor integrations, with prior electrical or AC motor experience considered a plus
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes

What You’ll Bring:
  • Previous experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing
  • Basic blueprint reading skills (not in-depth)
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working with hand tools
  • Electrical/AC motor experience is a plus
  • Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to train on a 6am to 2:30pm shift during the initial training period
