Job Title: Machine Operator
Pay: $21 - $23 per hour
Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (2nd Shift)

What You’ll Do:
  • Set up and operate metal stamping presses to produce components according to detailed blueprints and specifications.
  • Safely handle heavy materials using overhead cranes, ensuring proper loading and movement of raw materials and finished parts.
  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, perform routine maintenance, and make adjustments to keep machines running optimally.
  • Conduct inspections of finished products using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify adherence to strict tolerance requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following OSHA and company safety protocols at all times.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manual machining and heavy machinery operation.
  • Prior experience with metal stamping, fabrication, or similar industrial environments.
  • Ability to operate overhead cranes and familiarity with operating or understanding calipers and micrometers.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to read blueprints and perform basic shop math.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable attendance record and a team-oriented attitude.
