Assembly Associate / Production Worker – Urgently hiring in Mentor, Ohio!

Job Title: Assembly Associate / Production Worker
Pay: $16 per hour
Hours: All Shifts (First Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM; Second Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM)
Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do
As an Assembly Associate / Production Worker, you will be responsible for:
  • Assembling stainless steel parts and components according to work orders, drawings, and specifications.
  • Reading and interpreting Bills of Materials (BOM) and routing sheets to ensure correct assembly steps.
  • Inspecting products for quality and accuracy throughout the process.
  • Using hand tools and power tools safely to perform assembly and other related tasks.
  • Moving materials and parts efficiently within the production area.
  • Installing components and completing assembly steps as instructed.
  • Performing basic cutting and finishing tasks as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Supporting team goals to meet daily production targets.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, warehouse work, or general labor is preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions accurately.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
