Job Title: Repair Technician
Pay: $15 per hour
Hours: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You'll Do:

As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Assembling components accurately according to detailed specifications and quality standards.
  • Using tape measures, hand tools, and power tools to perform precise measurements and assembly tasks.
  • Identifying and sorting various parts and understanding different stages of assembly.
  • Conducting safety checks on equipment to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Maintaining a steady work pace while working independently or within a team.
  • Communicating effectively with coworkers and supervisors to meet production targets.
  • Standing for extended periods and working overtime during peak periods, especially near month-end.
  • Demonstrating physical dexterity for hands-on assembly and repair tasks.

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • 3 to 6 months of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and basic power tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others or independently.
  • A commitment to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to schedule demands.
  • Skills in Packaging/Warehouse and Assembly are a plus.
