Production Operator – Full Time – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift – Macedonia, OH
Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a leading family of brands specializing in premium building products and residential remodeling solutions nationwide. We are hiring full-time Production Operators in Macedonia, OH to support steady, year-round manufacturing operations.

Job Details
Location: Macedonia, OH
Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd & 3rd
Pay: $17–$19/hr (depending on shift)
Overtime: Available and encouraged
Shift Schedules

  • 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm

  • 2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm

  • 3rd Shift: 10:00pm – 6:30am
What You Will Do

  • Work in a fast-paced production environment focused on quality and efficiency

  • Read and follow labels, instructions, and specifications

  • Safely operate hand and power tools

  • Assemble, produce, or package materials to meet production standards

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Report safety concerns and follow all safety guidelines

  • Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

  • Assist with loading, unloading, and material movement as needed

  • Perform additional tasks assigned by leadership
What You Bring

  • Must be able to read a tape measure accurately

  • Ability to read labels and follow written instructions

  • Comfortable using hand and power tools

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

  • Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
