2nd Shift Kitting — Urgently hiring in Walton Hills!

Job Title: 2nd Shift Kitting
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50/hr
Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
Start Date: ASAP

As a 2nd Shift Kitter, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily warehouse operations. You'll work closely with your team to ensure kits are assembled accurately and efficiently, helping the company meet customer expectations and maintain smooth workflow.

As a 2nd Shift Kitter, you will be responsible for:
• Selecting and gathering parts and components to assemble product kits.
• Verifying all items are included according to packing lists or instructions.
• Operating basic warehouse equipment to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work station to promote safety and productivity.
• Assisting with inventory counts and ensuring proper storage of components.
• Supporting general warehouse duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• At least 6 months of warehouse or general labor experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more regularly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site at Walton Hills, Ohio, during the second shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be available based on operational needs.
