Job Title: 2nd Shift Kitting
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50/hr
Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
Start Date: ASAP

As a 2nd Shift Kitter, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily warehouse operations. You'll work closely with your team to ensure kits are assembled accurately and efficiently, helping the company meet customer expectations and maintain a smooth workflow.

What You'll Do
As a 2nd Shift Kitter, you will be responsible for:
• Selecting and gathering parts and components to assemble product kits.
• Verifying all items are included according to packing lists or instructions.
• Operating basic warehouse equipment to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work station to promote safety and productivity.
• Assisting with inventory counts and ensuring proper storage of components.
• Supporting general warehouse duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• At least 6 months of warehouse or general labor experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more regularly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.

Location & Schedule
This position is on-site at Walton Hills, Ohio, during the second shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be available based on operational needs.
