Packaging Associate – 1st Shift

Location: Canfield, OH
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour (Overtime: $25.50 per hour)
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Schedule: Monday through Saturday (6-day work week; overtime and Saturdays required)


Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring full-time Packaging Associates for a manufacturing facility in Canfield, Ohio. This first-shift position is scheduled 6:00 AM–2:00 PM. No experience is required; training is provided.

What you’ll do

  • Package aluminum extrusions for shipment

  • Inspect products for quality

  • Wrap, label, and box finished materials

  • Use basic hand tools and packaging equipment

  • Move and organize materials in the warehouse

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

  • Follow safety procedures and support production and shipping goals

What we’re looking for

  • No experience required; training provided

  • Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or packaging experience is a plus

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

  • Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow instructions

  • Ability to work the six-day schedule, including Saturdays and required overtime

  • Team-oriented approach

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive pay: $17.00/hour regular time, $25.50/hour overtime.
