Wooster, OH | Full-Time | Weekly Pay | 4-Day Schedule | Immediate Openings

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Press Operators in Wooster, OH for a reputable automotive parts manufacturer. These full-time openings offer steady 2nd or 3rd shift schedules, a consistent 4-day workweek, overtime opportunities, and long-term career potential.

This is a great fit for candidates with manufacturing, production, machine operation, or assembly experience who are comfortable working afternoon or overnight shifts. Press machine experience is helpful, but not required.

Job Title: Press Operator
Pay: $19.28 per hour
Location: Wooster, OH
Shifts: 2nd and 3rd shift available
Job Type: Full-time, on-site
Start Date: Immediate openings available


Available Shifts

2nd Shift – 4-Day Schedule
Monday–Thursday, 3:45 PM–2:15 AM
Overtime: Friday, 8-hour shift as needed

3rd Shift – 4-Day Schedule
Sunday–Wednesday, 7:15 PM–5:45 AM
Overtime: Thursday, 8-hour shift as needed


Press Operator Responsibilities

As a Press Operator, you will support daily production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include:
  • Operate and monitor press machines
  • Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
  • Record production data
  • Use hand and power tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, and spot-welding equipment
  • Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance
  • Follow safety procedures and report concerns
  • Support general production tasks as needed


Press Operator Requirements
  • At least 6 months of manufacturing, factory, or production experience
  • Press machine experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
  • Forklift or tow motor experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
