$19.28/hr | Wooster, OH | Full-Time Manufacturing Opportunity

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Press Operators in Wooster, OH for a reputable automotive parts manufacturer. This role offers steady 2nd or 3rd shift schedules, overtime opportunities, and long-term growth.

Job Title: Press Operator
Pay: $19.28 per hour
Location: Wooster, OH
Shifts: 2nd and 3rd shift available
Job Type: Full-time, on-site
Start Date: ASAP
Available Shifts
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:45 PM–2:15 AM
Overtime: Friday, 8-hour shift as needed

3rd Shift: Sunday–Wednesday, 7:15 PM–5:45 AM
Overtime: Thursday, 8-hour shift as needed
Press Operator Responsibilities
As a Press Operator, you will support daily production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include:
  • Operate and monitor press machines to meet production and quality standards
  • Perform inspections and quality checks on parts
  • Document production data accurately
  • Use hand and power tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and spot-welding equipment
  • Assist with machine setup, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance
  • Follow all safety procedures and report equipment or safety concerns
  • Support general production and labor tasks as needed
Press Operator Requirements
  • At least 6 months of manufacturing, factory, or production experience
  • Press machine experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
  • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
  • Forklift or tow motor experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
