Exciting Opportunity for Reliable Production Workers in Youngstown! — Urgently hiring

Job Title: Production
Pay: $13 - $13.50 per hour
Hours: Full-Time, 1st Shift
Start Date: ASAP

During peak season (November through March), hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with Saturdays required from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. From March to October, the schedule shifts to Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

As a Production Employee, you’ll support daily manufacturing operations, helping products move efficiently through the production process. You will work closely with your team to ensure quality and safety standards are met while contributing to a productive work environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Assist with assembly, packing, or finishing tasks to support production goals
  • Handle materials, tools, and parts safely and efficiently
  • Perform basic quality checks under supervision to ensure product standards
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe for all team members
  • Support teammates with various tasks as needed to meet production deadlines

What You’ll Bring:
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Comfort with physical work, including standing and repetitive tasks
  • Ability to follow directions accurately and work well within a team
  • Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain safety standards
