Job Description


Alliance Industrial Solutions is looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our Clients team as a Machine Operator and Wax Products Maker. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, operating machines, overseeing extrusion, performing inspections, mixing and crafting wax products, and even leading a small team in the future. The ideal candidate is energetic, brings a positive culture to the company, and is dedicated to ensuring the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain production machinery
  • Oversee extrusion processes
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards are met
  • Prepare and mix wax products for aerospace, medical, and art applications
  • Take the lead in packaging finished products
  • Develop and nurture a positive work culture
  • Eventually, manage a small team of operators

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in machine operation and manufacturing
  • Familiarity with extrusion processes is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
  • Energetic and enthusiastic about maintaining a positive workplace culture
  • Willingness to learn and take on leadership responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Team leadership experience is a huge plus! 

Additional Information:
  • 1st shift with flexible start times: 6am-2:30pm, 7am-3:30pm, or 8am-4:30pm
  • Competitive hourly rate: $27-$30 an hour
