Job Title: Production Operator
Pay: $17 - $19 per hour
Hours: 1st: 7:00AM-3:30PM
           3rd: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

As a Production Operator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our production operations, ensuring that we meet our quality and efficiency goals. You’ll work closely with our dedicated supervisors and team members to deliver results that matter.

What You’ll Do:
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Removing finished plastic parts from molds and performing basic trimming or inspection.
  • Conducting visual and dimensional quality checks to ensure products meet all specifications.
  • Packing, labeling, and preparing parts for shipment or further processing.
  • Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members regarding any production challenges or equipment concerns.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in North Royalton, OH, working either 1st shift from 7:00AM to 3:30PM or 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with potential overtime available.
