Job Title: Packaging Associate
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 1st Shift 6:30am - 4:30pm
Required 6-day work week
Start Date: ASAP

As a Packaging Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our products meet high-quality standards and reach our customers efficiently. You’ll collaborate closely with our production team to deliver results that truly make a difference.

What You’ll Do:
As a Packaging Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Packaging aluminum extrusion products according to company and customer specifications.
  • Inspecting materials for quality and accuracy before packaging.
  • Wrapping, boxing, and labeling finished items for shipment.
  • Loading and unloading materials and packaged products.
  • Using hand tools, power tools, and basic packaging equipment.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized work area.
  • Assisting with warehouse organization and material relocation.
  • Following all safety procedures and supporting daily production goals.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Reliability and a commitment to excellent attendance, including weekends and overtime.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Metatarsal boots or steel-toe boots with met guards.
  • No previous experience required; manufacturing or packaging experience is a plus.
  • A willingness to pass a drug screen (including THC) and a lifetime background check.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Columbiana, OH, and offers shifts as follows:
  • 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM OT required, when asked.
