Packaging Associate – Urgently hiring in Canfield!

Job Title: Packaging Associate
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Saturday, all shifts (day, afternoon, midnight)
Start Date: ASAP

As a Packaging Associate, you'll help ensure the quality and precision of our aluminum extrusion products. You'll work closely with team leaders and fellow associates to deliver results that make a difference in production and shipping.

What You'll Do
As a Packaging Associate, you will be responsible for:
• Packaging aluminum extrusion products accurately according to company and customer specifications
• Inspecting materials for defects, damages, and compliance before packaging
• Wrapping, boxing, and labeling finished goods efficiently for shipment
• Safely loading and unloading materials and packaged products
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Necessary safety footwear (steel-toe or metatarsal boots with met guards)
• Ability to pass a drug screening (including THC) and a background check
