Production Associate / Machine Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift | Weekly Pay | Salisbury, NC
Full-Time Production Associate and Machine Operator jobs in Salisbury, NC with weekly pay, weekday schedules, and attendance bonuses. Now hiring for 1st and 2nd shift manufacturing positions.

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Production Associates and Machine Operators in Salisbury, North Carolina to support a leading manufacturer of carpet cushion and hard surface underlayment. Entry-level and experienced manufacturing candidates are encouraged to apply.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour (based on shift, position, and experience)
Attendance Bonus: +$2.00 per hour for working all scheduled hours
Effective Pay Range: Up to $17.00 per hour
Weekly Pay

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Overtime may be available based on production needs
Production Associate & Machine Operator Responsibilities

  • Perform general production and manufacturing tasks

  • Operate, monitor, or assist with manufacturing machinery

  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility

  • Inspect products for quality standards

  • Follow all safety and production guidelines

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing / production environment

  • Machine operator experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to read a tape measure (required for some roles)

  • Reliable attendance and ability to work full-time hours
