Job Title: Quality Associate
Pay: Competitive hourly rate
Hours: Monday through Friday, daytime hours only

As a Quality Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring product quality through thorough inspections, accurate documentation, and effective communication. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help uphold the company’s standards and improve customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
As a Quality Associate, you will be responsible for
  • Perform incoming quality control inspections and verify product counts
  • Inspect incoming supplier products for damages or defects
  • Pull samples for IQC inspections on various products (travel cases, bags, etc.)
  • Organize and document returned merchandise, ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Unpack, inspect, and test returned items for conformance and condition
  • Log notes regarding replacements into the ticketing system and communicate updates to customers via email
  • Maintain inventory of returned goods, ensuring proper tagging and organization
  • Meet and uphold productivity and quality standards
  • Collaborate effectively with management and teammates
  • Help keep the work environment safe, clean, and organized
  • Clean and refurbish qualified returned merchandise as needed
  • Complete all documentation accurately and neatly
  • Assist with miscellaneous fulfillment and QA projects, including moving pallets and other duties as assigned

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) or ability to learn quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive movements
