Quality Inspector- Everhard Products  
1016 9th St SW, Canton, OH 44707

1st shift 7am-3:30 pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $23.00-$25.00, based on skill level and experience.
Must read blueprints and have experience using inspection tools: caliper, height gage, combo square.
Familiar with CAD to enter parameters in inspection software.
“Must have excellent math skills.”        
Calibration experience, CMM and surface plate inspection techniques a plus.
Duties /Responsibilities:
1) Conducts daily inspections and testing activities using a variety of inspection tools and techniques; supports production team as needed.
2) Inspects materials received, finished products, and work-in-process of fabricated metal products to ensure conformance with drawing specifications.
3) Performs First Article Inspections and prepares First Article Reports in Excel.
4) Calibrates inspection equipment and maintains records in Gagepack database.
5) Performs 100% inspection and adjustments on some lots, as required by customer
6) Maintains inspection records according to company customer standards.
