Pay: $19.00 – $23.65/hour | Full-Time | Day & Night Shifts Available

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring for multiple warehouse positions supporting a leading trading card manufacturer. We are actively interviewing for full-time roles in Durham, NC and Morrisville, NC with consistent schedules and long-term opportunity.

Open Positions
Material Handler – Durham, NC
$19.00 – $20.43/hour
  • Pick, pack, label, and palletize products
  • Use pallet jacks and support warehouse operations

Reach Truck Operator – Durham, NC
$22.00 – $23.65/hour
  • Operate reach trucks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment
  • Load/unload and move materials safely

Forklift Driver – Morrisville, NC
$20.00 – $21.50/hour
  • Operate forklifts to move product throughout the warehouse
  • Support shipping and inventory flow

Fulfillment Clerk – Morrisville, NC
$19.00 – $20.43/hour
  • Shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, and documentation
  • Use UPS, FedEx, and warehouse systems
Schedule
  • 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • 2-2-3 rotating schedule (built-in days off)
  • Full-time, on-site roles
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift 50–60 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Forklift Driver & Reach Truck Operator roles only:
  • At least 1 year of recent reach truck and forklift experience in a warehouse environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, label, and palletize orders
  • Operate forklifts, reach trucks, or pallet jacks (role dependent)
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse
  • Track inventory and ensure order accuracy
  • Meet daily production and quality goals
