Job Title: 1st Forklift Operator
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Start Date: November 19, 2025

As a 1st Forklift Operator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Load Breakdown department by safely handling warehouse materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth workflow. You’ll work closely with supervisors and team members to keep operations running efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do
As a 1st Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for:
Operating forklifts to safely load and unload materials throughout the warehouse.
Pulling orders using tablets and scanners, ensuring accuracy in inventory processing.
Managing inventory by reporting shortages or discrepancies promptly.
Packaging and stocking products to maintain organization and accessibility.
Receiving, unpacking, and sorting incoming inventory, including counting, labeling, and verifying accuracy.
Climbing small ladders as necessary to access elevated storage areas.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic math proficiency, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Comfort with computers and familiarity with warehouse management systems (experience with NetSuite WMS is a plus).
The physical ability to bend, twist, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
