Warehouse Associate / Reach Truck Operator – Full-Time | $15–$16/hr | Weekly Pay | 1st or Mid Shift | Canton, OH

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates and Reach Truck Operators in Canton, Ohio. If you’re looking for weekly pay, steady full-time hours, and a reliable warehouse job, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Pay
$15–$16 per hour
Weekly Pay
Schedule
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Mid Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Full-Time | On-site in Canton, OH
Warehouse Associate Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for shipment

  • Load and unload materials within the warehouse

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and quality control standards

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines
Reach Truck Operator Responsibilities

  • Operate a reach truck forklift to move materials safely throughout the warehouse

  • Transport and stock inventory in designated locations

  • Conduct daily forklift inspections and safety checks

  • Assist with order picking and warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements

  • 3–6 months of reach truck or forklift experience (operator role)

  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

  • Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to work overtime when needed
